Chris, thanks for starting this, I took your ribs and chicken class, great class. Any Idea how much pork butt to feed 25 people?
Start with 25 pounds of Raw, remember that pork cooks up about 50% so that should leave around 13 lbs of cooked.

I just picked up my Open Range from Frank in St. Louis. I can't find the video on this site or any operating instructions to help me get started. all I am finding are forums which appear very interesting, but I'd like to read about the right way to get started with this grill.
