glad to see this forum. should be a big help to all Good-One owners. I am not as serious
as most just like to smoke once a month or so. I have had the open range a little over 2 years now. Thanks to Rob at Ace of Hearts. He has made me feel like I purchased the most expensive smoker ever made. The customer service has been unbelievable, I can gaurantee that no other company can compete with GoodOne on the customer service level.
I live in S.E Ks thanks big john

What do you usually cook on yours?
Posted 8 months ago # -
ribs, chicken, briskit, pork butt, I have cooked meatloaf which turned out much better
than I thought it would. I have been having trouble with temp control lately. I think I may be overloading the charcoal box. I was planning to cook this weekend, but it probably wont happen. We got 7" snow last night and this am winds gusts of 50 mph and a
high temp of 20 today.Posted 8 months ago # -
High of 20 Hummmmmmmm
We should hit 75 today
Yep cooking in the SoCal Desert is probably differentPosted 8 months ago # -
wow that must be nice. I have lived in Kansas my whole life, and still hate winter.
right now it is 20 with snow and blowing snow. Looks like no smoking today. Do you do
competition smoking or just backyard?Posted 8 months ago # -

do you have a traeger or other pellet type. I have thought about adding one. some of my friends have them and say they are awesome. it would be great for a late afternoon smoke, or to cook steak or hamburger. I have a gas grille that i use but sometimes i just like to relax and smoke for a couple of hours.
