I can imagine how good those smoking ribs can taste, the right moment for a BBQ. If you are planning any family or corporate event do not forget to find a good Catering Indianapolis close to you

I use my Good-One smoker and grills for catering almost exclusively. Has worked great and is very efficient in maintaining a constant temperature.

I use the rodeo for catering. It's working extremely well. I did a 4th of July party spare ribs and chicken, 25 mph wind with no problem held temp well. The party was a success!!! A wedding this coming weekend with 40 lbs chick breast and 40 lbs king salmon.

We use our 42-24 (Rodeo) as our primary smoker for both competition and now catering. We just got licensed for that in March.
