Hi all, I have a 16lb bird and I just do not have room to brine this thing. Would doing an injection be a decent alternative, and does anyone have one they think is good to share?

Easy Brining Storage... Place Bird and brine in a double bagged trash bag, pack in a cooler of ice. Works great, keeps the fridge clear for other goodies. :)
