Thank you and your business partner very much for keeping in touch with me about the issues I was having with my smoker.  You guys are great.  I haven't been able to fire up the smoker yet, but I am hoping to change that this weekend. Everything you have explained to me makes perfect sense.  I am really amazed at the level of service your company has provided me with your product. Wow, what a great smoker. A few years back my wife and I realized that we were getting to the age where we needed something to do together. The kids were gone and we didn't want to spend out days watching TV. I had been smoking BBQ for a while and had used several different types of cookers. Once Diane and I decided to do this together we started looking for a smoker that was easy to use and well worth the price of ownership. After looking at smokers for the past year, I narrowed my choices to 3 brands...The Good-One, Klose, and Lang smokers.  I read up on everything I could find on BBQ forums and talked to several cooks at a handful of BBQ competitions that I visited.  I wanted something that would serve several uses: grill, entertain friends, try some BBQ competitions, and allow me to begin to cater. I had plenty of room to smoke the chicken, ribs, pork butt, and brisket.  (Oh yea, by the way, 6 out of the 30 competitors were cooking on Good-One's.)
